There will be changes made to our store as well. Upgrading and adding new products will be on our agenda. Some of this will not happen until spring as our suppliers will not know what products until then. We are looking forward to serve you better in 2011; if you have any ideas please let us know on this blog post or at info@coffeemakersshop.com.
Thanks for all your support and comments during last year. We took what you had to say to heart and tried to improve as much as we were allowed to by internet servers.
Don’t forget to have a cup of coffee or tea while you read the blogs. Check out the tea infuser. It is a really great tea maker.
After Christmas Thoughts
Did you get what you wanted for Christmas? Was there something that you still want? Whether it was a coffee making product or not, you can still sit down relax for a moment and have a cup of coffee or tea. Hot cider may not be a bad idea either.
Christmas is over and it is time to think about the New Year that is coming. Or just relax and enjoy the moment. Whatever it is, it is always nice to know that your coffee maker can maker can make your coffee, tea or cider. Or can it? Did you know you could put a tea bag or two in you coffee maker filter and make great tea? Just check the amount of water you run through you coffee maker. Hot cider can also be made with you coffee maker. If you use a hot cider powder, put it in your carafe or mug and run the hot water appropriate for the amount of cider you want to make. Now, sit back and enjoy.
Christmas Time
No matter what your faith may, this time of year becomes a busy time of year. There are once a year letters to write and presents to share with fellow workers, friends or members of your family. The hustle and bustle lifts many people’s spirits.
What gets them excited? It is the surprises that are shared along the way and the joy of finding just the right gift for each person. Also, it is getting ready for there special event at this time of the year.
It is the spirit of not only giving, but receiving something with love, grace and a sense of gratefulness. It is gratefulness for the being a part of sharing something with someone else or other people. As you prepare for your holiday celebration, may you be filled with love, grace and a sense of gratefulness. Why not include of cup of hot tea or cider to share when you get together? I’ve got an electric hot water kettle.
A History of Coffee on its way to the U.S.
As we know, tea was the choice of the early settlers who came to America. It was dried and if it was kept dry it would last for a long time. A little over a hundred years letter, the Americans were protesting the proposed tax on their tea. As a protest on the high tea tax that England was imposing, they began bringing more coffee to America. This was a time before any kind of coffee maker or even tea kettle; ground coffee was simply boiled in a pot. Coffee seedlings had already been brought to Martinique in the Caribbean around 1720. I will talk more about that later. But, where did that coffee come from originally?
