Cecilware Coffee Equipment

All Cecilware’s Century 2000 Analog Pour-Over brewers have an automatic recovery system. When the heating elements become too hot, this system automatically shuts them off to eliminate burnout.

The rapid recovery rate allows for continuous brewing without depleting the hot water tank. An independent heater switch keeps the tank water at a perfect brew temperature even when the power switch is shut off.

The heat exchange water coil system has a separate internal hot water system in all these commercial automatic coffee brewers that prevents short potting.

The hi-tech brew controls regulate water intake to create perfectly consistent brewed coffee.

The raised warmer plate is engineered to allow air to flow evenly around the wiring (This prevents wiring from drying out).

A top mounted heating element is conveniently located on the top of the hot water tank.

The safety flow hot water faucet automatically shuts off the hot water faucet when an operator walks away from the coffee brewer.
