The four espresso machines from Cecilware brew a high quality espresso with there Venezia II espresso machines that are all made in the USA with American parts. An inline water filter must be installed on the .5 inch water line for the warranty to be in effect. The installation package that includes the in-line water filter, part OPTESP, costs an additional $900. Barista training is required and is not included in the base price

The Cecilware Venezia II automatic / semi-automatic espresso machines 3 Group at 240 volts pulls 6.5 KW at 27 amps, has a 19 quart boiler that uses an area of 37.88” x 21.56” x 21.5” of space and weighs is 185 pounds. This espresso machine will make up to 720 cups per hour. A line cord is included without a plug; also included are two and one cup filter holder assemblies, hoses and an in-line water filter.

espressoWith the streamlined nature of virtually every task today, it is sometimes difficult to believe that the assembly line is a relatively new innovation. Many of us only think of the assembly line in terms of machinery and manufacturing, but it is displayed frequently in our daily lives. Take fast-food chains for instance.

Virtually every fast-food restaurant employs some for of assembly line in the production of their food, and large coffee chains are no different. It never ceases to amaze me when I walk into a Starbucks and see a series of baristas operating the commercial coffee makers. A coffee drink that should take minutes to make is often in my hands before I am done paying—at least when the coffeehouse isn’t busy.
