Red Electric Kettle
Back Home in the Pacific Northwest
Today, we woke up to a cool house and no electricity. No heat and no telephone as they all work using electricity. Thank goodness for flashlights. A tree limb decided to break off and do damage to the electrical line about two blocks from our home. However, I still managed to get things done without electricity before running off to church.
When I got home 2 hours later the electricity was back on, but it had just gotten back on and the house was mighty cold. The house still feels cold. Now is the time for a good cup of coffee or tea. Since I did have coffee after church, I think I’ll heat some water and have a cup of tea. The Bright Red Hamilton Beach Electric Kettle is just the ticket. It boils in a minute, but you can turn off the electric kettle before it boils and leaving just the right temperature for tea. This sure tastes great and warms me up.
