 Morning Coffee Idea

Today, so many people are getting serious about loosing weight. Here is one great way to add to your progress. Brew your morning coffee in a drip coffee maker with a cinnamon stick or vanilla bean in with the grounds and ditch the flavored creamers. Just 1 tablespoon of flavored creamer can add 6 grams of sugar. Actually, there are 200 grams of sugar in one cup, which makes 6 grams 2.5% of a cup of sugar.

If you feel you need some sugar in your coffee no matter what. I suggest you put a cinnamon stick in a jar of sugar with a tight lid. It flavors the sugar and adds 0 grams, but the taste of 1 teaspoon of this cinnamon flavored sugar will taste like a whole tablespoon of creamer with only 2 grams of sugar… and it will taste even better. Enjoy!   P.S.  There are no artificial ingrediants in these recipes.
