All Cecilware’s Century 2000 Analog Pour-Over brewers have an automatic recovery system. When the heating elements become too hot, this system automatically shuts them off to eliminate burnout.
The rapid recovery rate allows for continuous brewing without depleting the hot water tank. An independent heater switch keeps the tank water at a perfect brew temperature even when the power switch is shut off.
The heat exchange water coil system has a separate internal hot water system in all these commercial automatic coffee brewers that prevents short potting.
The hi-tech brew controls regulate water intake to create perfectly consistent brewed coffee.
The raised warmer plate is engineered to allow air to flow evenly around the wiring (This prevents wiring from drying out).
A top mounted heating element is conveniently located on the top of the hot water tank.
The safety flow hot water faucet automatically shuts off the hot water faucet when an operator walks away from the coffee brewer.

This is a continuation of the announcement that Coffeemakersshop.com will be adding Cecilware coffee making products to its shop.
Cecilware’s Century 2000 Analog Pour-Over commercial Decanter brewers feature four unique styles.
● Pour-over brewers are perfect for when a water line in not available. Just pour cold water into the brewer’s reservoir and the coffee brewer will automatically and instantly brew a fresh pot of coffee. With the pour-over brewer’s large water tank, you can continually brew decanter after decanter of coffee without loss of water temperature.
● Automatic Brewers with Pour-Over Backup System allows for water line disruption (except in “G” models). The Century brewer’s “built-in” separate hot water system eliminates an interrupted brew cycle. And, it is designed with a safety flow hot water faucet. This allows you to offer your customers piping hot tea, cocoa or other soluble products without affecting the brew cycle.
● Automatic Gravity Feed Brewers with Hot Water Tap is designed for brewing locations where low water pressure occurs. This system also assures accurately brewed coffee because this system gives you constant water pressure, which eliminates “short potting.”
● Digital Brewers are the only microprocessor driven system that gives you more than just coffee.

The Cecilware airpot is virtually indestructible; it constructed of double walled stainless steel. The inner wall is constructed of .5mm and the outer wall is constructed of .6mm stainless steel. The lever pump is easy to operate and fills your cup with 6 ounces of coffee with a single push. The turntable bottom allows the airpot to turn 360°.
The double wall construction keeps 74 ounces (2.2 liters) of liquids warm or cold for 24 hours. The airpot lid can be removed and the wide mouth opening allows for easy cleaning.
This airpot, which is sold seperately from the commercial airpot brewers, goes with all the analog brewers and the digital airpot coffee brewers. There are four analog brewers: a pourover, a water connected pourover, a water connected pourover with a water tap and a twin brewer with a water tap. The digital airpot brewer comes with or without a water tap.

Cecilware digital airpot coffee brewer systems have “touch pad control technology with LCD (liquid-crystal display). This allows user friendly walk thru menus. It has a custom key lock control that prevents unauthorized tampering with the brew cycle. “IT” (intelligent technology) allows you to set the precise degree of water temperature. The low temperature lockout prevents brewing coffee if the water tank temperature is too low.
You can set the Brew Size; that is, the brew volume. An excellent tool that helps you keep your brewer on a good maintenance schedule is the dispense total, which keeps track of the total brew cycles within a specified time. The preset freshness control system will remind you with an audio and visual response to brew a fresh pot. Heat reduction warmers ensure the coffee will not become too hot or “burn.” The sleep mode automatically starts when the coffee brewer has not been used for four hours. The airpot brewer has a programmable time with a battery backup that turns the brewer on and off any pre-specified time. Tomorrow, you’ll learn about the airpot, which is sold separately

Cecilware’s high performance is seen in there commercial airpot brewers fast brew cycle with instant recovery. All analog airpot brewers have a high limit control, which means the brewer automatically turns off the heater if the brewer runs dry or overheats. Another important issue they have is accessibility to all components for easy service. There precision thermostat guarantees accurate brew temperature control. All coffee brewers are made of heavy duty stainless steel construction. Cecilware airpot brewers offer a hot water tap for soup, tea or hot chocolate. Tomorrow, you’ll see what there digital brewers offer.

One of Cecilware’s unique design features is the reduction of needed space for there commercial coffee brewers. There airpot coffee brewers take up as little as 8¼” in width, while there Century 2000 brewers are only 8” wide. This makes Cecilware brewers about ½” narrower than most others. This may not seem like much, but in restaurants, coffee shops, and other places where coffee is sold space always needs to be a consideration. Tomorrow, you’ll see more information on Cecilware analog airpot coffee brewers.

Today, I am announcing there will be a new addition to Coffeemakersshop.com. The new addition is not a new company, but one of the oldest in commercial coffeemakers – Cecilware. Cecilware has been manufacturing foodservice equipment since 1911. They have a broad range of coffee making products. This includes commercial coffee brewers, airpot brewers, coffee makers, urns, espress machines and commercial espresso grinders. They have been making there products with only the finest materials and the up-most quality control available since they began. One of there priorities is to design equipment that meet the changes customers need and want. Tomorrow, I’ll introduce the brewing equipment with some unique features.

As we head for spring and buying for coming presents (weddings, mothers day), I thought I would introduce some reviews on DeLonghi products. This wonderful machine does it all for under $100 including shipping, again with Italian craftsmanship. If he wants coffee in the morning and she wants espresso. This is the machine for you. It even makes cappuccino; note below in review. Overall this machine at 15 Bar is rated at 4 star by consumers. Writers further comment. I noticed that old reviews complained about leaks coming from the coffeemaker. However, the latest reviews do not mention such complaints.
“Few things that could be better but overall a very good machine. The weak points are:
1. Instructions are so-so, not as direct and to the point as they could be if this is your 1st cappuccino machine. After a few brews, you should finally get it all down pat.
2. The carafes do not have hinged lids so they are a pain to use. Having had many coffee makers in the past, I was surprised to see this on an ‘upscale’ coffee maker. If you pour too quickly, they tend to spill coffee on the counter.
Now for the good part, once you figure it out it makes excellent coffee and cappuccino. I’m a coffee drinker but my wife prefers cappuccino. So she decided that a combination machine would be a great Christmas present rather then a separate machine because it would take less counter space. It is an added bonus that it can make both at the same time. We researched a lot of machines before landing on this one and are both quite happy with the results. As I said, in the big picture, the complaints were minor and if we were to do it over again, we would still purchase this machine.”
There are several options when it comes to brewing your java, but one time-honored piece of equipment is the coffee percolator. The term “percolate” is defined as “to make a liquid or gas pass through a filter or porous substance, or filter through in this way.” This definition gives a remarkably accurate account of how coffee percolators operate.
There are two main types of percolators; one forces boiling water through the coffee grounds, collecting the fluid in a separate chamber; the other cycles the liquid through continuously until the proper strength is achieved. Drip coffee makers have severely antiquated the percolator, but you can still find them in kitchens around the globe.
