Cecilware digital airpot coffee brewer systems have “touch pad control technology with LCD (liquid-crystal display). This allows user friendly walk thru menus. It has a custom key lock control that prevents unauthorized tampering with the brew cycle. “IT” (intelligent technology) allows you to set the precise degree of water temperature. The low temperature lockout prevents brewing coffee if the water tank temperature is too low.
You can set the Brew Size; that is, the brew volume. An excellent tool that helps you keep your brewer on a good maintenance schedule is the dispense total, which keeps track of the total brew cycles within a specified time. The preset freshness control system will remind you with an audio and visual response to brew a fresh pot. Heat reduction warmers ensure the coffee will not become too hot or “burn.” The sleep mode automatically starts when the coffee brewer has not been used for four hours.
