Commercial espresso machines are designed for the true barista in mind. The four espresso machines from Cecilware brew a high quality espresso with there Venezia II espresso machines that are all made in the USA with American parts. An inline water filter must be installed on the .5 inch water line for the warranty to be in effect. The installation package that includes the in-line water filter, part OPTESP, costs an additional $900. Barista training is required, but is not included in the base price.
The Cecilware Venezia II automatic / semi-automatic espresso machines come in 1, 2 and 3 Group configurations. The 1 Group at 110 volts pulls 18 amps at 1.5 KW, has a 6 quart boiler that uses an area of 20.31” x 21.56” x 21.5” of space and weighs is 106 pounds. This espresso machine will make up to 240 cups per hour. The line cord is included without a plug. Accessories included are a two and one cup filter holder assemblies and hoses as well as in-line water filter. For more information on other Venezia II espresso machines check tomorrow’s blog.
