Grindmaster Precision Brew Decanter AGP-2.5
The AGP vacuum insulated gravity container is specifically made for use with the Precision Brew model B-DGP as shown above. The AGP-2.5 gravity airpot allows people to serve themselves by placing a cup under the airpot, and simply opening the spigot, which is very simple.
This 2.5 liter thermally insulated gravity container keeps 86 ounces, about 16 cups, of beverages either hot or cold for 6 to 8 hours. The brew-thru lid helps keep the coffee within ±1°F of brewed temperature. Airpots should be preheated prior to use by filling with hot water (either using the hot-water spigot on the machine, or by doing a first “empty” brew cycle) and then emptying the water.
Not only is the use of thermal airpots more energy efficient than keeping coffee warm on a hotplate, but the coffee in a thermal airpot will not continue to “cook” as on a hot plate, so it will retain its original full-bodied flavor without becoming bitter, and without boiling dry.

Care
For more detailed care instructions; please refer to your machine’s user manual. We also recommend that you use the following in your cleaning routine:
* Descale every 2 – 3 months. We recommend using Saeco. Read: How to Descale an Espresso Machine
* Soap out water tank and drip trays every few days
* Clean and rinse the milk pitcher in soapy water between fillings
* Remove the brew group and spray it down with hot water (no soap!) about once per week. Alternatively, the Xelsis can automatically clean the brew group using the included cleaning tablets (Cafiza Home).
* Wipe the brushed stainless casing with a damp rag or sponge. Casing can be cleaned periodically with stainless steel cleaner/polish.

AMW Single Midline Heat Exchange Urn
This is rather long, but it interesting to see what goes into making lots of good tasting coffee fast.
This single Midline AMW heat exchange urn heats fresh water for brewing by first heating the water as it travels through coil then uses a sprayover for each batch brewed. This is done by a one button foolproof operation. It has a toggle switch selection for half and full batch. Brew time can be changed by adjusting the setting concealed on the front panel. Adjust with screwdriver through front panel. You can also stop the sprayover with one touch. An automatic coffee agitation thoroughly mixes coffee after sprayover stops. An automatic refill from a water compartment assures an unlimited supply of hot water to be always available.
This heat exchange model 7413 urn uses a closed chamber brewing to prevent the escape of coffee vapors. The brewing cover on brew basket is NSF approved. This cover prevents costly steam and moisture loss to the atmosphere. This also saves energy with savings on an air conditioning load. The special pinpoint control thermostat has four position temperature selections on the thermostat controls. The four temperature controls are Brew (200º), Hold (180º), Night Stand-by (160º), and Off. A simple screwdriver adjustment makes it easy to adjust the sprayover rate. The two stage flow regulator system can be fine tuned to brew the highest quality coffee. The velvet smooth spray arm has a special Teflon coating on spray arm piston to prevent liming and insures smooth operation. You can make positive “stops” on spray arm for operator safety. The adjustable bypass on the spray arm enables proper brew extraction even with variations caused by treated water or different coffee blends. The low water cutoff system is a solid state probe sensor system that provides positive protection against heater burnout, at start-up or in operation. This heat exchange urn comes with a stainless steel brew basket and 25 filter papers.
This urn is built for the greatest safety for the operator and has an OSHA approved rating. The drain in the bottom comes with a hose connection that allows for faster access for service.
This urn brews up to 14 gallons per hour and brews under pressure from 30 to 70 pounds per
square inch. The electrical requirements for this midline heat exchange urn are a 120 volt circuit that runs a single phase at 26 amps. This urn weighs 90 pounds, is 27 inches high by 23.5 inches wide by 18.5 inches deep and is UL, CSA. And NSF sanitation listed.
Cecilware Satellite Coffee Brew Center
The Cecilware satellite coffee brew center includes an insulated 1.5 gallon, 36 cup, portable carrier with a unique looking lid design. The carrier safety holder keeps the carrier firmly on brewer. This stainless steel constructed brewer also comes in a black finish and has a hot water faucet on the right side of the brewer face that can be used while the coffee is brewing. The large hot water tank has a quick hot water recovery resulting in a capacity of 400 cups per hour for this brewer. A plastic brew funnel comes with either brewer; however, for $80 more you can have a stainless steel brew basket. The brew filters for this coffee maker is #412 for the plastic brew funnel and #514 for the stainless steel brew funnel. The slid state electronic controls insure perfectly brewed coffee. And, the solid state level control maintains proper water level.
The brewer requires a .25 inch line connection. The electrical hook-up is a 120 volt circuit single phase with 3 wires plus ground that will handle 18 amps. The maximum pull on the line is 4100 watts. The correct cord and plug is attached for proper connection.

Toastess International unveiled the Delfino brand of upscale, brushed stainless steel small kitchen appliances as noted on Fridays’ blog. The DLFC-381 is a Delfino 10 cup programmable coffee maker/grinder combo that automatically brews the freshest cup of coffee because it grinds the beans for you and then brews your coffee. A 24 hour programmable timer allows you to set when you want the coffee to be ground and brewed so that you can wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. If you decide to sleep in and didn’t change the time for the next mornings grind and brew the warming plate maintains the ideal drinking temperature for up to two hours. To clean the permanent reusable filter just rinse with water from your faucet. The keep warm plate keeps the temperature at 180°F for up to two hours then shuts off automatically. Coffee makers know that coffee kept warm any longer begins to have a bitter taste. The pause and serve anti-drip feature really works without dripping.
Another feature is the number of cups you want to make can be changed. If you want to grind and brew only 4 cups of coffee, put the correct amount of beans in the grinder and the right amount of water in the water reservoir for four cups and set the time you want it to grind and brew then enjoy.
