Cecilware TB-3 Brewer and Dispenser
To all those who do catering for weddings and other outdoor gatherings in the summer this tea brewer and dispenser is an excellent choice. You can dispense 3 or 5 gallons of fresh brewed iced tea for any large occasion with this brewer. The dispenser can be removed and set in a metal base at a remote “tea station” while another brew is being made.
This two piece design dispenser of seamless stainless steel, a Cecilware exclusive, is half the height of conventional offerings. This permits easier cleaning in food service sinks for pan washing equipment, which typically can not accommodate conventional dispensers. This also prevents contamination.
This brewer comes with a delay timer adjustment that will delay brewing time for 1.5 minutes to 5 minutes for cold water to flow into the brewer after the hot tea begins to dispense into the dispenser. There is also a low temperature lockout system that will not brew the tea until the water has reached the proper temperature. The tea, once it is made, goes through a clear brew funnel with a restrictor that controls the tea flow into the brew-through cover of the dispensing urn.
