Saeco Aqua Prima Filters
The Aqua Prima filters fits inside the Saeco water tank and filters water to create better tasting coffee. Filter also reduces lime and scale build-up to help your machine last longer. Filters should be replaced every 3 months to ensure optimal performance. Saeco Aqua Prima filter replacement fits Saeco‘s Odea, Talea, Primea, Spidem Villa, Incanto Sirius, Incanto SBS, Classic, Deluxe, Royal, Incanto Rondo, Incanto Easy, Italia, Digital Italia, V’Spresso, and Magic Comfort Plus.
This filter needs to be changed every three to six months depending on how often they are used. On the 27th of December last year we had 350 of them in stock. We are now completely sold out. Our supplier tells us that it will be 4 to 6 weeks before they will get more in stock. Guess everyone who planned for New Years and the coming year supply bought them at the first of the year. Wow! That was a lot of water filters sold in two weeks.
Saeco Intenza Water Filter
Innovative Intenza technology reduces lime scale build-up for longer machine life and optimizes brewing pressure as well as consistent temperature. An individual adjustment of the unique Intennza Aroma System allows performance tailored to your water type and gives you freshly filtered water on demand. The Intenza system also reduces other substances that may affect the smell and taste such as chlorine. As a result, you get a perfect cup of coffee with a natural and intense aroma and a rich and creamy foam.
The Intenza water filter cartridge fits the Saeco Odea, Talea and Primea coffee and machines manufactured after May of 2008. You should replace the Intenza after 250 cups or after two months at the latest. To place the filter in your Saeco espresso coffee machine do the following:
- Adjust the Intenza aroma setting on the bottom side of the water filter cartridge to its respective position by turning the ring on its grip neps until the arrow shows on the right level.
- To prepare the water filter cartridge, immerse the water filter cartridge and shake it gently to remove any air bubbles.
- Insert in the funnel. Insert the water filter cartridge firmly in the cartridge housing of the water tank. Please note; the water filter cartridge should click into place. A tight fit guarantees full filtration performance of the cartridge.
- Remove the water tank, fill it with cold tap water and reinsert it in the coffee machine.
- The water filter cartridge Intenza has to be flushed with tap water before brewing the first coffee or espresso. If your coffee machine does not automatically display or accomplish this, manually rinse your water filter cartridge with one filling with tap water of the water tank.
