Grindmaster B-SAP Precision Brew™ Automatic Airpot Coffee Brewer
This PrecisionBrew™ is a digitally controlled brewer that has a brew temperature and brew volumes digitally controlled for complete accuracy. The water temperature is maintained to within +-1°F throughout the brew cycle. Pre-infusion and other programmable brew process controls allow the operator to achieve a “signature” cup; this is to their exact brew process specification and taste profile. Other features include Low temp-No brew, which prevents brewing with water that has not reached optimum brewing temperature. The Grindmaster Model B-SAP is a single, digitally controlled brewer that brews into a 64ounce or 85ounce airpot.
This airpot brewer is made of durable stainless steel construction. The airpots hold freshly brewed coffee for hours without additional heat. The pulse brewing/pre-infusion mode allows the brew sequence to extract up to 20% more dissolved solids per batch of coffee. The mode is programmable for the number of pulses, pulse on-time and pulse off-time and can be changed without affecting the brew volume. The brew volume can be set by a “teach” mode to eliminate trial-and-error at set-up. A gourmet stainless steel brew basket is available as an option. The décor of this airpot brewer is entirely stainless steel.

Grindmaster Precision Brew Digital Decanter Brewer B-3
The Grindmaster model B-3 is a single, digitally controlled brewer. It has one warmer under the brew basket and two warmers on top. This Precision brewer will hold the brew temperature to +/- 1°F during the complete brew cycle.
You can set the brewer to “teach” mode to eliminate trial-and-error during set-up and get the right brew volume. The pulse brewing / pre-infusion series allows the brew sequence to extract up to 20% more dissolved solids per batch of coffee. You can program the number of pulses, pulse-on time and pulse-off time. Changing the pulse sequence does not affect the brew volume, just the intensity of the flavor of the coffee. The low temp, no brew allows the brew cycle to begin only when the water has reached the optimum brew temperature.
The programmable, digitally controlled brewer comes in three electrical applications: 120V / 1800W / 15Amps; 120/240V / 3800W / 16Amps and 120/208V / 2860W / 13.8Amps. It requires a 1/4” flare water line that maintains 30-80 psi. pressure. The 1.38 gallon tank has a tank Drain. The brew capacity is eight cups per hour, 64 oz. decanters per hour.
