Grindmaster Pourover Coffee Brewer – BL-2PE

This coffee brewer has 2 warmers for two varieties of coffee or flavors. One warmer could be used for regular coffee while the other would have decaf for instance. Some places prefer to have different roasts such as light roast and dark roast. All warmers have lighted switches, which indicate when the warmers are “On.”
This brewer is has a space-saving front to back design: 17-3/4″ high x 8-1/2” wide x 16-1/2″ deep. Its attractive appearance is styled to complement any décor in any business. Grindmaster PrecisionBrew Barista Series Urn
The Grindmaster PrecisionBrew Technology gives the user complete control over the brew cycle, contact time, and brew temperature. These urns are made to order; therefore, they vary in price and are not an in stock item. However, when ordered, they will be ready to ship in about 5 days.
Model PB-8113 is a 3 gallon size urn that has a dual wall, is air insulated and has an electro-polished liner that holds coffee between 180°F and 185°F. The urn uses fresh water for brewing that is heated in a coiled, nickel-plated, copper heat exchange tube inside the urn. As water passes through the heat exchanger coil it is heated to optimum brew temperature. Thus, the brew temperature varies less than 5ºF throughout spay over process. An automatic coffee agitation thoroughly mixes the brewed coffee immediately after spray over is completed. The electro-polished liners create a smooth surface on coffee liner for easy cleaning. The dual wall urn body is filled with fiberglass insulation creating an energy savings with the minimized heat loss and air-conditioning costs because of the otherwise added heat in the room.
The durable construction of the urn is made by the use of A.I.S.I. type 304, 18-8 stainless steel. The urn also has an automatic refill of water compartment and reheats as needed when the coffee is finished brewing. The fully automatic push button operation makes this pump style urn easy to operate. Simply load brew basket with coffee, align spray arm over basket lid hole and press brew start button. It is even easy to adjust the spray over rate; all it takes is a simple screwdriver adjustment. Thus, there is no awkward changing of parts. An adjustable bypass valve on spray arm enables proper coffee extraction even with variable water conditions. A dial thermometer with color-marked brew zone lets you know if you need to adjust the knob on the thermostat, which is on the front of the urn. The four marked positions on the thermostat are: brew, hold, night standby and off.
The model PB 8113E electrical requirements are 120/208 volts 38amps at 8.0 kw 1Phase. This urn is 36 inches high by 26 inches wide by 22 inches deep and weighs 90 pounds. Its shipping weight is 105 pounds.
Cecilware Satellite Coffee Brew Center
This coffee brew center is portable, efficient, economical & versatile and provides both large and small brewing volumes requiring a minimum of counter space. The Cecilware satellite coffee brew center includes an insulated 1.5 gallon, 36 cup, portable carrier with a unique looking lid design. The carrier safety holder keeps the carrier firmly on the brewer. Cecilware Replacement Hopper
This Cecilware Replacement Hopper is for the 250RH Series of Food Service Grinders. These replacements are for removable Hopper for 250RH-2 and 250RH-3 Food Service Grinder models. The grinders themselves have an adjustable range of grind profile settings and use long lasting burrs to deliver precise grind particle distribution.
The 250RH grinders run on 120 volts and 920 watts at 8 amps. Replacement hopper order number is 82349 and has a shipping weight of 7 pounds. This hopper measures 14.25” x 6.5” x 12.25” and costs $85.50.
Grindmaster B-ID and AT-TC Brewer Decanters
This Grindmaster decanter is just the right size for serving at catered meals, banquets or in a restaurant. The 64 ounce stainless steel thermally insulated coffee decanter has a brew-through lid and is an accessory for B-ID and AT-TC brewers. It has a 4 to 6 hour heat retention rate. This decanter has a black lid for regular and an orange lid for decaf coffee. Specify B for regular black lid at the end of the model number D for an orange lid at end of number.
Decanters should be preheated prior to use by filling them with hot water. You can use the hot-water spigot on the machine, or by doing a first “empty” brew cycle and then emptying the water. You can also use hot water from any other good hot water source that works for you.
Not only is the use of thermal decanters more energy efficient than keeping coffee warm on a hotplate, but the coffee in a thermal decanter will not continue to “cook” as it would on a hot plate. The surrounding heat in the decanter will retain its original full-bodied flavor without becoming bitter, and without boiling dry.
