A nylon auger runs quietly and continuously to carefully whip the product into a delicious, creamy drink. These ambient powder cappuccino and specialty beverage dispensers have a vacuum steam removal system VSRS that ensures the powdered mix remains dry to eliminate clogging, caking and bridging. Model GB3M5.5-LD-LT has three hoppers that each holds 5.5 lbs of powdered beverage, which will serve sixty-two 6 ounce servings. This model also comes with the option of a portion control. The GB3M10-IT-LD-C holds one 10 lbs or two 5 lbs. bags. Added ice is needed for these fast flow dispensers that will dispense 30% faster, which reduces wear and tear on the major components. These ready to serve dispenser accepts 2 non-carbonated beverages and is approved for dairy products such as fresh milk, chocolate milk, French vanilla and mocha. This machine conforms to NSF20 standards, and the mixed product including the nozzle remains chilled at all times. These dispensers weigh 100 and 90 lbs. empty and take a 34’ x 11” x 22” space.
