Grindmaster Precision Brew Digital Brewer B-DGP
The Grindmaster model B-DGP is a twin, digitally controlled brewer. It brews into 85 ounce vacuum insulated gravity containers sold separately. The vacuum insulated gravity container model AGP-2.5 is portable and holds fresh coffee for up to four hours without adding heat. These containers are sold separately.
The high productivity brewers pull up to 6,000 watts for the heating capacity needed and will hold the brew temperature to within +/-1°F during the complete brew cycle. One can set the brewer to “teach” mode to eliminate trial-and-error at set-up. Once you have learned how “teach” mode makes coffee you can experiment to make the coffee weaker or stronger and the brew volume to your liking.
The pulse brewing / pre-infusion choice allows the brew sequence to extract up to 20% more dissolved solids per batch of coffee. You can program the number of pulses, pulse-on time and pulse-off time. When you change the pulse sequence, it does not affect the brew volume.
Low Temp/No Brew setting allows the brew cycle to begin only when the water has reached the optimum brew temperature.
This brewer has a cycle counter that counts the total number of brew cycles down in a selected amount of time. The programming lock-out keeps the system “locked” to prevent tampering.
This brewer comes with a brew basket that requires filters; however, a gourmet brew basket is available as an option. The gourmet brew basket does is a permanent filter and does require paper filters. Grindmaster warranties this digitally controlled brewer for 2 years on parts and labor and a 4 years part warranty on the control board.
This digital coffee brewer is made for worldwide voltages including: 120/240V / 6000W / 25Amps
and 120/208V / 4492W / 21.6Amps. A water line with a 1/4” flare and water at 30-80 psi is required. The tank size of this brewer is 4.3 gallons and it has a drain. Depending on the current the brew capacity is 26 at 240V and 20 cups at 208V or 2.5L containers per hour on each side. The dimensions of this brewer are 29”high x 16.25”wide x 17.75 x 4” deep and weighs 46 pounds.
Grindmaster Precision Brew Digital Brewer B-DAP
Model B-DAP is a twin (double airpot brewer unit) B-SAP that is a digitally controlled brewer and is not a pourover. It brews coffee into a 74 ounce airpot or into a 101 ounce airpot.
The two brewers do work independently and each maintains heat change of more than or less than +/- 1°F throughout the entire brewing cycle. Each brewer can program the temperature and volume of coffee wanted and each brewer has a high productivity that uses 6,000 watts of heating capacity. Stainless steel filter baskets are included.
This double brewer has a water spigot on front of unit for hot tea or hot chocolate water or it can be used for cleaning. The airpots for this brewer are models 70752-C, black push top and model 70753-C, orange push top. The larger airpot is model AP-3 and does not fit in an airpot rack.
Since the airpots hold freshly brewed coffee hot for hours without additional heat there is no warming plate.
This double brewer with these electrical circuits: 120/240V / 6000W / 25A and 120/208V / 4510W / 21.7A. It requires a 1/4” flare water line with a 30-80 psi in the water line. It has a 4.3 gallon tank size. The dimensions of this unit are 25″H x 16.25″W x 17.75″D and weighs 55 pounds. It is UL, CUL and NSF listed.
Hamilton Beach 47214
This Hamilton Beach Black 12 cup Brewstation coffeemaker model has a 3.5+ star rating. It will brew great tasting coffee in as little as 2 cups and up to 12 cups as well. This coffeemaker has one one-hand dispensing by a cup or mug pressed against a lever. This eliminates the need for a carafe and thus pouring and spills. The entire process is an enclosed brewing system, which has a double-walled insulation. In inner container holds your coffee and has a gentle warming heater to keep your coffee at drinking temperature for up to 2 hours.
This Brewstation has a programmable digital clock and timer. The coffee maker uses the timer to shut off the coffeemaker in two hours. This coffee maker uses a standard filter for a 12 cup drip coffee maker.
This coffee is 15.56″ high by 11.5″ wide by 11.8″ deep and comes with a one year warranty. The weight of this Brewstation coffee maker is 6.3 pounds.
Grindmaster Auto Series Brewer AT-TC
This auto series brewer brews directly into 64 oz vacuum insulated container. This brewer has a space-saving front to back design. Its 8.5 inch wide front has an attractive, durable stainless steel design and construction. The pour-over capability, momentary contact brew start switch and plastic brew basket come with the brewer as well as a hot water faucet on the front of the brewer. The brewer needs to be plumbed with a .25 inch water line. A B series stainless steel brew basket is available at an added cost as item: A71619.
The actual brew capacity of this brewer is 75 ounces and has the dimensions of 17.75 inches high by 8.5 inches wide and 16.5 inches deep. It runs on standard 120 volt 15 amp circuit and weighs less than 28 pounds. The Auto Series AT-TC comes with a 2 year warranty parts and labor. The stainless steel decanter or any glass decanter does not have warranty. This brewer does have a UL and NSF listing.
Auto Series Brewer AT-3WR
This Auto Brewer has three warmers for a variety of coffee types and flavors. You can have one burner for regular coffee; one for decaf and one for say French Vanilla coffee. The lighted warmer switches indicate when warmers are “on”. This auto brewer has a low profile of only 16-1/2” in height so it will fit under standard cabinets. The brewer will make up to 75 ounces, which is a 12 cup decanter size for 6.25 ounces per cup.
This brewer has a space saving, attractive durable stainless steel design and construction. It runs on 120 volts on a 15 amp circuit and weighs 31 pounds. This Grindmaster AT-3WR brewer is UL and NSF listed.
Grindmaster Auto Series Brewer AT-2W
This Automatic Series Coffee Brewer brews into a decanter. Its two Lighted warmer switches to indicate when warmers are “on” to keep coffee warm. This brewer has a pour-over capability, momentary contact brew start switch, plastic brew basket and hot water faucet for a variety of coffee types and flavors.
This brewer has a space saving construction as well as an attractive and durable stainless steel design. This unit is comes with a plastic brew basket as a plumbed unit with a pour-over feature included in case a water line becomes unavailable. A momentary contact brew start switch begins the automatic brewing process.
Glass decanters and a vacuum insulated container are sold separately. This brewer brews up to 2.2 liters of coffee at a time on 120 volt 15 amp circuit. The brewer measures 19.5 inches high by 8.5 inches wide and 16.5 inches deep and weighs 29 pounds. This AT-2W brewer is great for a smaller size office or word place and is UL and NSF listed for such use.
Saeco Aroma SS Redesign
The Saeco Aroma in stainless steel is a traditional pump-driven espresso machine built for simplicity and durability. A pressurized style portafilter makes the Aroma a great starter machine, reducing the amount of control the user needs to have over the grind setting and tamp pressure. In addition, its 5 oz. boiler ensures lasting steam power that is dispensed through Saeco’s signature Pannarello wand to take the guesswork out of frothing and steaming. Neatly wrapped in a classic stainless steel housing, the Saeco Aroma is both stylish and resilient, providing café quality espresso for years to come.
There are two types of portafilters: pressurized style and commercial style. The Aroma uses the pressurized style, which is easier to use than the commercial as it is more forgiving. The portafilter is made up of three parts, the handle, the filter holder, and the filter basket. Under the filter basket is a small spring-loaded valve that will not open until the pressure in the portafilter has built up. A few seconds after the pump is turned on, the pressure in the portafilter is great enough to push open the valve and release the coffee.
The Aroma SS contains a food safe 5 ounce stainless steel boiler and heating element. The durable steel resists corrosion and ensures a longer life for the machine. It is recommended you do a simple process called decalcifying every two to three months to lengthen the life span of this and other internal components. The difference in the length is dependant on how often you use your Aroma SS.
The Aroma contains three rocker arm switches and one steam knob. The top left switch is the main power switch that activates the boiler. It has a built-in indicator light that comes on with the machine. The bottom left switch, the Brew switch, operates the pump. When this is turned on, the pump is activated for either brewing or dispensing hot water depending on which mode you are in. It contains a built in ready light that will turn on when you hit the switch and will turn off when up to operating temperature. The third button is used for the steaming process. When pressed, it tells the Aroma’s boiler to heat to a steaming temperature. To release the steam, you will simply open the steam knob located on the right side of the machine.
The semi automatic Aroma SS has a stainless steel cup warmer that will hold up to five espresso cups. This is very important that it passively heats cups from the residual heat of the boiler as your beverage will stay warmer longer.
If you need hot water for any reason, be it for hot chocolate, tea or Americanos, it is very easy to do. Just turn on the pump (brew) switch and open the steam knob. Hot water will start to stream out. The easiest way to froth (for cappuccinos) and steam (for lattes) your milk is with this patented frother design.
The large transparent removable 2.2-quart reservoir can be refilled from the top any time during the operation for an endless supply of coffee or steam. The side casing is transparent so you can see the water level in the tank at all times.
The Aroma has three temperature controls. There are two thermostats and one high limit. There is one thermostat for maintaining brewing temperature and one for maintaining steaming temperature. The high limit will turn off the power to the boiler in the event of a malfunction. This prevents the boiler from overheating.
The Aroma SS is constructed of durable stainless steel. The drip tray is stainless while the drip pan is plastic. Not only is the Aroma SS solid and easy to clean, it is also of brushed stainless construction that fits in perfectly with today’s high-end kitchen appliances. The Saeco Aroma SS espresso machine has a metal frame and stainless steel housing and runs on 120 volts and uses 971 watts. It is 11.75”high x 8”wide x 10”deep and weighs 12 pounds.

The pump style brewing system heats water in a large water compartment and is sprayed over the grounds by high temperature water pump. This spray arm has a Teflon coating on the spray arm piston to prevent liming and insures smooth operation. Positive “stops” on the spray arm offer operator ease. A constant brew temperature means the brew varies less than 5°F (3°C) throughout the spray over. The automatic coffee agitation thoroughly mixes brewed coffee immediately after spray over is completed.
The water compartment automatically refills and reheats as needed. A low water cutoff system protects the heating elements from burn out at the start-up of the operation or while it is in operation. This is a fully automatic push button operation. Simply load the brew basket with a paper filter and coffee, align the spray arm of the basket lid hole and press the brew start button. An adjustable bypass valve on the spray arm enables proper coffee extraction even with the variable water conditions. A dial thermometer with a color-marked brew zone on the front of the urn sets the thermostat for Brew, Hold, Night Standby and Off. The service drain is on the bottom and a control drawer with all electronic components is accessible from the side.
