On the commercial side, certain coffee urns are also being discontinued. The Cecilware twin 3 gallon gas powered urn has been discontinued. It was model FE100G and had an adjustable by-pass, an automatic agitator and solid state timer.
The Cecilware MPO pour-over coffee urns that came as single or twin 3 and 6 gallon sized in also no longer available. These urns came as electric and gas powered coffee urns. The ME and CME (Chinese label) models 10 and 15 gallon water boilers are also no longer available. These gas and electric models came as: ME10GNE or CME10GNE, ME15GNE or ME10G or CME10G and ME15G or CME15G. Cecilware no longer sells any gas powered products.

Commercial coffee urns are used in so many ways. Most of them are used by lodges, fraternal organizations, churches that have a fairly large social hall and some unusual places. They are also found on wall counters in factories and assembly plants. A far distance from these are corporate offices, corporate stores and businesses who offer coffee to their employees and patrons to their business.

The Farberware 36 cup Coffee Urn
The Farberware 36 cup stainless steel coffee urn with it Glossy Stainless Steel finish and elegant design was just the right size for churches, offices and homes for holiday fair.
Another wonderful surprise is that this coffee urn makes wonder tasting coffee and keeps it at a coffee drinking temperature that is not too hot like many coffee other coffee urns that are a smaller size and not too cool like a few other coffee urns that are way larger in size.

Cooler Weather in the Wisconsin, Illinois and Close By
Despite the cold weather, people from Northern Mid States have been buying up the smaller sizes of coffee urns. Weather its for an office party, coffee for guests at your place of business or church gathering places after the service the smaller size coffee urns have disappeared. Our Farberware coffee urns are sold out, but many it will be too late to get one later as Farberware has decided to discontinue there 36 cup coffee urn. Will they be coming out with a replacement? There is no word from them yet on what they plan to do.
The good news is we still have the 40 and 42 cup coffee urns. However, these urns are made of aluminum and do not hold a consistent temperature as the aluminum is a great holder of heat and when a warmer is added the coffee urn can become too hot.
‘Tis time for me to go hunting for another smaller size stainless steel coffee urn, even though it will cost more. What do you think?

The Grindmaster PrecisionBrew Technology gives the user complete control over the brew cycle, contact time, and brew temperature. These urns are made to order; therefore, they vary in price and are not an in stock item. However, when ordered, they will be ready to ship in about 5 days.
Model PB-8113 is a 3 gallon size urn that has a dual wall, is air insulated and has an electro-polished liner that holds coffee between 180°F and 185°F. The urn uses fresh water for brewing that is heated in a coiled, nickel-plated, copper heat exchange tube inside the urn. As water passes through the heat exchanger coil it is heated to optimum brew temperature. Thus, the brew temperature varies less than 5ºF throughout spay over process. An automatic coffee agitation thoroughly mixes the brewed coffee immediately after spray over is completed. The electro-polished liners create a smooth surface on coffee liner for easy cleaning. The dual wall urn body is filled with fiberglass insulation creating an energy savings with the minimized heat loss and air-conditioning costs because of the otherwise added heat in the room.
The durable construction of the urn is made by the use of A.I.S.I. type 304, 18-8 stainless steel. The urn also has an automatic refill of water compartment and reheats as needed when the coffee is finished brewing. The fully automatic push button operation makes this pump style urn easy to operate. Simply load brew basket with coffee, align spray arm over basket lid hole and press brew start button. It is even easy to adjust the spray over rate; all it takes is a simple screwdriver adjustment. Thus, there is no awkward changing of parts. How Coffee is made makes a Difference in Taste
How you make the coffee from all the different coffee makers makes an added difference in the taste. We have French press made coffee, percolator coffee, pourover drip coffee methods, and espresso machines and other modes to make our coffee.
